When making a gift of stock to us, you receive the benefit of not having to pay capital gains tax on the securities, provided you have held the securities for at least one year.

The Brady Center seeks to build partnerships with and provide information to a range of allies, including health care professionals, educators, leaders in the African American and Hispanic communities, child advocates, religious leaders and law enforcement officials. The primary goal of these outreach efforts is to build a forceful and influential network to help promote gun safety education and gun violence prevention. Contributions to the Brady Center are tax-deductible.
