While we are not an organization with the resources to provide any direct victim services, we do have helpful information and opportunities for networking that we hope will be meaningful to you in the days and years ahead.

Click here to see a list of just a few of the many victim organizations nationally that may also be of help to you: www.bradycenter.org/victims/links.php.

We hope that you are surrounded by a strong support network, which is the most important step in the wake of a trauma like gun violence. The Brady organization has 75 local Chapters nationwide, and there may be one in your area that you could connect with. Go to www.millionmommarch.org to see contact information for these Chapters around the country.

If you have a question regarding possible civil suit litigation assistance, and wish to speak to someone in our Legal Action Project, please call 202-289-7319 and ask for Robyn.

If you have a question about what the gun laws are in your state, or how the gun laws in your state need to be improved, you can visit www.stategunlaws.org.

And if you wish to receive e-updates about opportunities to make your voice heard in efforts to improve gun violence prevention laws and policies of your state and the nation, please go to www.bradycampaign.org/signup.

One other special resource we hope you will take advantage of is the Tribute section of our website at www.GunVictims.org/tributes where you and your family can easily set up a free webpage to tell your story and pay tribute to the person affected by gun violence.

On your page, friends can post messages of support, you can send out information or updates to your family and friends, and gun violence victims can find each other and build networks across the nation.

These Tribute pages are incredibly important because they help put a face on the staggeringly large gun violence picture that we have in this nation. Every life is precious and every story important. Please start your page today at www.GunVictims.org/tributes.
